King Tino

Reworked King of Hearts playing card.

The arrangement of certain elements on the picture were put to a vote via Facebook – the surnames of those who voted are included on the work.

Paint, chalk, crayon, plastic lettering (from a Nissan Tino) and cardboard on Giclée print, mounted on A1 wood board.

It shares similarities with the Figure of Love & Hate in that they both play with an upright and upside down version of a heart symbol. Along with Nichols, they can be hung either way up depending on preference.
